Open Society Foundations founder George Soros is quite selective when it comes to what exactly should be an “Open Society” — and, apparently, his New York estate does not qualify.
While promoting open border policies all around the globe — particularly in the United States — Soros’ home and sprawling property in Katonah, NY is completely enclosed by brick walls, wooden fences, and gates.
Images obtained from Google Maps show these borders wrap all the way around his property, with multiple entrance gates around the perimeter.
“I give away something up to $500 million a year throughout the world promoting Open Society. My foundations support people in the country who care about an open society. It’s their work that I’m supporting. So it’s not me doing it,” Soros stated in a 2003 interview.
The hypocrisy is stark — the man who is the largest promoter of a boundary-less society is completely surrounded by a boundary of brick and mortar at his own home.
This discovery falls right in line with many other high-profile left-wing activists and politicians. For instance, former President Barack Obama’s recently had a large brick wall constructed around his multi-million dollar home.

Likewise, Hillary Clinton’s Chappaqua, New York home is closed off by a fence so large, that it could be considered a wall.

After seeing how Soros protects his life and his property from outside, unwanted intruders raises questions about his ambitions to make America a borderless country. Just like Soros, we have the right to keep out foreign invaders for safety purposes.
It’s not that blue-collar, conservative Americans are against immigration — we just demand it is done the honest and fair way. That way we can avoid putting our men and women who protect the border at any more risk than they already face.
