We have no plans to end our NFL sponsorship,” an Anheuser-Busch spokesman told CNSNews.com Tuesday after heavy call volume on the subject prompted the company to set up an option on their toll-free phone line for customers to voice their opinions on the subject.
Anheuser-Busch is “not proactively asking for feedback,” a company spokesman told CNSNews.com on Tuesday, adding that Anheuser-Busch has “no plans” to end its sponsorship of the NFL:
“The Anheuser-Busch phone line has always been available for consumer inquiries on a variety of topics, but we are not conducting a survey regarding our NFL sponsorship.
“We have many long-term sports partnerships, including our NFL sponsorship, and while we may not agree on everything, we still believe in the power of sport to bring people together and overcome their differences. We have no plans to end our NFL sponsorship.”
